The following terms and conditions have been designed to ensure your event at Casino Canberra runs smoothly.
TENTATIVE BOOKINGS
Tentative bookings are held for a maximum of 14 days unless otherwise agreed in writing. If the booking is not confirmed within the 14 day period, Casino Canberra reserves the right to release the space without notice.
DEPOSIT AND PAYMENTS
A holding deposit of 20% is required to confirm your booking (this will be forfeit if cancelled) and we shall advise in writing the event deposit and payment schedule.
If these deposits or payments are not received we reserve the right to release the function room being held.
GUARANTEED NUMBERS
An approximate number of guests is required two weeks prior the event.
A guaranteed number of guests attending the event is required one week prior to the event, Charges will be based on the number of people attending the function or the guaranteed number, whichever is the greater.
BEVERAGE & CASINO NUMBERS
Under the Liquor Licensing and Casino Gaming Laws we are under an obligation to ensure that all patrons must be over 18.
CLEANING
General and normal cleaning is included in the cost of room hire. Additional charges that may be incurred by you in instances where an event has created cleaning requirements which are considered by the Casino to be over and above normal cleaning.
